Alinity Divine

Alinity was mentioned in a complaint suing Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed a suit against Twitch and sought damages of $25 million. He claimed that the platform exposed him explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. According to court records that were obtained by Dexerto, the plaintiff, who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to court on June 15 to seek a suit, and Twitch itself was served with an official summons on the 19th of June. According to the complaint, made in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from several medical issues that require him to rely entirely on the internet for all his entertainment. He also suffers from as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction, which the complaint claims Twitch can only make worse. The complaint goes on to identify a variety of streamers with females that it claims "continues to expose viewers who are just looking to catch gamers playing games on Twitch while being confronted with sexually addictive content as well as content on a constant every day." Other than Alinity the list includes the following: When requesting relief the complaint wants all the streamers named above to be permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, together with a sum of $25 million "to be split among the plaintiff and other Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers" and any remaining funds to be donated to various charities.
