Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muay Thy fighter. She is currently a fighter within the UFC Flyweight division. She was victorious in the second round by TKO and then won the next 2-fights at WXF: X-Impact World Championships 2003, accumulating the record of 3-1. Shevchenko took a hiatus to pursue kickboxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui at Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko defeated Anissa in a unanimous decision and defeated Valerie Domergue on Phoenix FC 4 in 2017. The league was dissolved in 2018, Shevchenko was a part of Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina knocked out Nievera using her superior striking abilities at the end of the fight by using knees on the body. Antonina was offered an UFC invitation following her win. Antonina Shevchenko made her UFC debut at TUF Heavy Strikes Finale in the fight against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight after winning the first bout by a unanimous decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the loss, defeating Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler via a rear-naked choke submission. This earned her the bonus of a fight-of-the night. Shevchenko was victorious in her initial three fights before losing them to Katlyn Cahookagian, Andrea Lee and Ariane Lipski. Antonina recently lost by TKO in round two to Casey O'Neill, at UFC Fight Night Santos Vs. Walker.
